We provide complimentary rental of a large-sized 1.8m (L) x 0.75m (W) table, if required.
Delivery, Setup & Teardown Services
All prices listed are inclusive of delivery, setup & teardown services.
All dessert table package bookings have to be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. A late booking fee applies for all setups made less than 4 weeks from the event date as follows: < Less than 4 weeks: 10% of the quoted total | < Less than 3 weeks: 20% of the quoted total | < Less than 2 weeks: 30% of the quoted total. For last minute bookings, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All of the listed package prices and components are fixed and strictly non-negotiable. The prices quoted above are based on styling in a Sprinkie’s theme of your choice.
Period of Hire
Each booking is for a maximum period of 3 hours, based on these time slots:12PM – 3PM | 3PM – 6PM | 6PM – 9PM. Should you prefer a timing that is not within the range given, do communicate it to our staff and we will try our best to accommodate to it, as long as it doesn’t clash with any of existing bookings for the day. Additional hours of hire are chargeable at $50.00 per hour and should be communicated to our staff at least 1 hour prior to the originally scheduled teardown time.
Setup & Teardown
Setup will be done 1.5 hours before the start of your timeslot whilst teardown takes 15 minutes and will be carried out at the end of your time slot. A refundable security deposit of $150.00 will be collected on the event date when setup is completed and will be returned to you during teardown once we’ve confirmed that all hire items are returned without any loss or damages.
For outdoor setups (Anywhere that is affected by wind, rain and the sun), a venue surcharge of $50 applies as more effort and resources are required to get the setup in place. An entry surcharge of $30 applies for setups that fall within Sentosa & Marina Bay Sands due to the various entry fees imposed at these locations. A PH surcharge applies for all setups that fall on a listed Singapore Public Holiday.
