[Delivery Conditions]

Sunlife's Durian Puffs & Pastries can be self-collected from our designated outlets or delivered to your door-steps at an indicated address. Delivery is by arrangement only and charges might vary depending on the location and order amount, as indicated in the tables above. Kindly ensure that someone is present to receive the order during delivery as we do not leave the pastries unattended on door-steps. In the event that there is nobody present to receive the order, we can re-deliver to your requested address, however, a re-delivery charge applies. Alternatively, you also have the option of self-collecting your order at our outlets.

We will not be held liable for any damage to the pastries at the indicated destination once we leave your premises. As such, it is recommended that the condition of the pastries should be checked on and certified before we leave. Once the delivery invoice has been signed for, Sunlife Durian Puffs & Pastries shall not be held liable for any damages or failure to adhere to the storage instructions provided.

A minimum order amount of $100 is required for delivery orders placed. For orders to be self-collected, there is no minimum order amount required.

Delivery Fee: $20 per location for orders below $180 | FREE for orders above $180

[Durian Policy]

All durian products are highly recommended to be consumed immediately upon purchase and should not be left out in the open for more than 2 hours. Should you wish you consume the durian desserts at a later time, kindly store the products in a freezer to prevent spoilage, especially since we use pure durian in our products and the fruit is sensitive to temperature changes. Sunlife Durian Puffs & Pastries ensures that the quality of all our durian products have met high production standards, and every single batch of durians are tested before being used in the baking process. Any mishandling of the product on the consumers' end will not be entertained, and we will only provide a 1-to-1 exchange on a case by case basis.

[Bank Transfer Payments]

For bank transfers, all payments are to be made payable to POSB Savings Account 112-18513-5 within 24 hours upon confirmation of order. Kindly drop us an email at info@sunlifepastries.com once the payment has been made. We will acknowledge your payment with a follow-up SMS or Email.

[PayPal / Credit Card Payment]

[Cancellation Policy]

Sunlife Durian Puffs & Pastries reserves the right to cancel an order due to any unforseen circumstances. Customers will be informed in advance via a phone call in the unfortunate event that a cancellation has to be made.

For event orders - bundles / party packages / live-stations: a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation and locking in of date + time slot. The deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event customers decide to cancel the order - irregardless of how early or late the notice is.

For corporate orders without prior 50% deposit payment - To be held liable for 50% cancellation charges in the event client decides to cancel order after confirmation.

Last min cancellations - client to be held liable for 100% of total bill / charges in the event the order is cancelled within or less than 3 days to stipulated delivery date
